To our valued customers,

I wanted to take a minute to let everyone know what we’ve been up to, where we’re headed, and to personally thank you for your support. We started Crye Precision with a simple mission and a single purpose: Do all we can to directly support our troops.

We have been very fortunate over the past few years to have been able to fulfill this purpose on many occasions by providing innovative equipment to our men and women serving in harm’s way. Providing this service is what we’re all working for here. It is our purpose and our mission. It is how we measure our success.

We are growing, but we are still a relatively small organization and as such, we have to make tough daily decisions about what to focus our resources on. For the past few years that focus has continually been directed toward fulfilling an ever increasing number of contracts to equip units that have chosen to adopt our equipment. These units often go unseen and we’re not interested in drawing attention to them, so it’s easy to assume that we’re just sitting around ignoring our customers. I can assure you that nothing could be further form the truth. Like many other good companies who are committed to going the extra mile for our guys, my team puts in the nights, weekends and whatever else is needed, simply to try to make a difference. To date, we have produced and delivered tens of thousands of items, now serving in theater.

We are now beginning a new chapter in the growth of our company. I attribute this to two things: 1. The strength of our original purpose that still guides us forward; to do all we can to directly support our guys in harm’s way, and 2: Our capacity as a team to execute on this mission.

This new phase should allow us to smooth out and scale up many areas of our operation. But first and foremost it should allow us to more directly improve the lives of our Soldier, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines –all while letting us do so on a much larger scale. To our customers, I sincerely thank you for your support.
