RETURNS:
Returns are not a problem. If you would like to return or exchange merchandise, please contact us by calling 718.246.3838, email us at sales@cryeprecision.com or fax us at 718.246.3833.

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item to Crye Precision for a full refund. Items cannot have been worned, modified, soiled, and must be in new condition. (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a restocking/refurbishing fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.

SHIPPING INFO:
We will ship your order promptly after it is received. In stock items will usually ship in 2-3 business days. Although we try to provide accurate shipping estimates at the time the order is placed, the actual shipping charges may change at the time of order fulfillment. Any additional charges will be applied to the customer’s credit card.

Purchases made using a check will not ship until it has cleared the bank.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
If you order an item online and since then, the item becomes out of stock, we will ship the backordered item in a timely manner. If you have a question about your ordered item please feel free to call. We routinely ship partial orders (when some items are in stock and others are not). You will not incur any additional delivery charges for partial orders.

PRIVACY POLICY:
When a purchase is made from Crye Precision, we require personal information (like name, email address, mailing address and shipping address). We use this information to communicate with you about your order and to get your order delivered to you. We understand that your privacy is important to you. All information gathered by this site will be kept completely confidential. We will not sell, lease, give or loan your information to anyone. We do not collect or distribute any data submitted to our online store for any purposes other than to process your online order.
