Use of the Websites is subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy. AGE OF USERS
Our Websites are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Websites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may share your personal information with our vendors, subsidiaries, partners, and third-party independent contractors for purposes of: (1) performing functions on behalf of us, such as processing credit card transactions; (2) providing you with product offers, marketing or promotional materials through phone, text, or electronic and/or postal mail; and (3) tracking information generated through our Website. Our vendors, partners and third-party independent contractors are obligated contractually not to use or share your personal information for unauthorized purposes.

We also reserve the right to transfer your personal information to a third party in the event of a transfer of all or substantially all of our assets or business, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Policy.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
By creating a Customer Account on the Website, you will be able to store certain personal information to assist your online shopping experience. Accounts are completely optional and provided for your shopping convenience. If you do not wish to set-up an account, you can proceed to checkout as a “Guest.”
You may access and edit any personally-identifiable information maintained within your account at any time.
RETENTION OF DATA
We will retain your personal information as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. We will also retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
THIRD-PARTY HOSTING
We contract with a third party to maintain and host our Website. Therefore, any information you submit, including personal information, will be placed and stored on a computer server maintained by this third-party host. The third party has agreed to implement technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use.
DATA STORAGE
Information we collect may be stored and processed in the United States or any country or territory where one or more of our third party service providers are located. Some of these third parties will use cloud-based storage solutions. While other territories may not have the same standards of data protection as those within your home country, we will continue to protect the personal information we transfer in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies provided on our Website.
DATA SECURITY
We have implemented measures designed to secure personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

- Directly from you. For example, from forms you complete or products you purchase.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use your personal information for one or more of the following legitimate business purposes:
- For example, if you share your name and contact information to ask a question about our products or services, we will use that personal information to respond to your inquiry. If you provide your personal information to purchase a product or service, we will use that information to process your payment and facilitate delivery. The Company will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.
SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Company may disclose your personal information to a third-party for a business purpose. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, such third-party has entered a contract with either you or Company that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.
We share your personal information with the following categories of third parties:

PERSONAL INFORMATION RIGHTS AND CHOICES
The CCPA provides individuals (California residents) with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your rights and explains how to exercise those rights.
ACCESS TO SPECIFIC PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DATA PORTABILITY RIGHTS
You have the right to request that the Company disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights), we will disclose to you:
- The categories of personal information we collected about you.
- The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
- Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
- If we sold or disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, two separate lists disclosing:
- sales, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient purchased; and
- disclosures for a business purpose, identifying personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained.
DELETION REQUEST RIGHTS
You have the right to request that the Company delete any personal information about you or that you have inputted into the Websites that was collected and retained, subject to certain exceptions including regulatory data retention requirements. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable individual request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) the personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
We may deny your deletion request if retaining the personal information is necessary for us or our third-party service provider to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.

- Comply with a legal obligation, including, but not limited to, compliance with applicable state and federal regulations that govern retention of Personal Information.
- Make other internal and lawful uses of that Personal Information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
EXERCISING ACCESS, DATA PORTABILITY, AND DELETION RIGHTS

Only you, or a person registered and authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
RESPONSE TIMING AND FORMAT
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to ninety (90) days in total), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
We will deliver our written response to the email address or physical address identified on your account with us.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the personal information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
NON-DISCRIMINATION
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any personal information rights. Unless permitted by applicable regulations, we will not:
- Deny you goods or services.
- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
- Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16
The Websites are not intended for use by children under sixteen (16) years of age. No user under age sixteen (16) may provide any personal information to or in the Websites. If you are under sixteen (16), do not use or provide any personal information on the Websites or through any of its features, register on the Websites, or provide any personal information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number or email address. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that personal information. We understand that you might provide personal information on the Websites relating to children under sixteen (16), in such a case, those children are afforded all of the rights as outlined herein and verifiable requests to the personal information must be made by a person with the legal authority to act on their behalf.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY NOTICE
The Company reserves the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any time. The “Last Updated” legend at the top of the policy indicates when the policy was last revised. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the services. Your use of the services following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
