Crye Precision reserves the right to ship partially. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. As actual shipping charges frequently are updated by the carrier from the initial online estimates, we reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs.
Please see our Terms page for information related to Armor Sales. There may be a delay in order fulfillment for orders that require additional documentation.
To reduce fraud and theft, ALL shipments are sent as "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" for delivery. Please contact your local UPS customer service office if you are experiencing issues receiving your package. Packages that are returned to Crye as undeliverable will be automatically refunded to the original method of payment. Packages will not be routed to alternate addresses.
Crye asks that customers report shipment discrepancies or damage to packages within 7 business days of receipt. This allows Crye to process claims and issue replacement of goods in a timely manner.
In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, we use UPS to ship all domestic orders. International orders are not currently accepted through the webstore. Note that in-stock orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days. UPS expedited shipping methods apply to the transit time from the assigned ship date.
Orders will ship via USPS to our valued customers at APO/FPO/DPO locations. Please allow approximately 10-15 business days for transit to your location. USPS tracking to these locations is limited and will not show transit details after leaving the US sorting facility until it has been delivered.
