Shipping & Tracking

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. As actual shipping charges are frequently updated by the carrier from the initial online estimates, we reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs. Orders may be shipped partially.

Please see our Terms page for information related to Armor Sales. There may be a delay in order fulfillment for orders that require additional documentation.

To reduce fraud and theft, shipments valued at $100 or more are sent as "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" for delivery. Please contact your local UPS customer service office if you are experiencing issues receiving your package. Packages that are returned to Crye as undeliverable will be automatically refunded to the original method of payment. Any backordered items on the returned order will also be cancelled and refunded. Packages will not be routed to alternate addresses.

Crye asks that customers report shipment discrepancies or damage to packages within 7 business days of receipt. This allows Crye to process claims and issue replacement of goods in a timely manner. Delays in reporting may limit our ability to offer assistance.

Domestic Shipping

In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, we use UPS to ship all domestic orders. International orders are not currently accepted through the webstore. Packages valued at $100 or more will be sent with a signature requirement. Please note that while we do offer expedited service through UPS, in-stock orders are generally processed in 2-3 business days. UPS expedited shipping methods apply only to the transit time from the assigned ship date. You will receive a shipment notification email once your order is scheduled. You may also locate this information by logging into your webstore account. Orders may be shipped partially.

APO/FPO Shipping

We ship to our valued customers at APO/FPO locations using USPS. Please allow extra time for delivery by this carrier. Be advised that USPS tracking to these locations is limited. If you have not received your package within 14 business days of ship date, contact us for support.
