RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We will gladly accept returns on the condition that items are returned with all components and accessories and have not been worn or laundered. Items showing signs of use or damage will be returned to the customer.
Returns are permitted only within 60 days from the order ship date.
All returns will be carefully inspected before issuing a refund or exchange. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returns will not be accepted on closeout items.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization from Customer Service. Any product received without a Return Authorization will be returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
How to Request a return
If you made the purchase with an account:
You may request a return in your Account / Purchase History by clicking on the order number that contains the item, and clicking the "Request a Return" button. Allow 2-3 business days for processing.
If you made the purchase as a guest:
Please contact customer service to request a return. Allow 2-3 business days for processing.
