In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, we ship all domestic purchases via UPS. Please note that while we do offer expedited service through UPS, in-stock orders are generally processed in 2-3 business days. Items not in-stock at the time of order will automatically be put on backorder status and shipped when available. Orders will be partially shipped unless specified by the customer.
We do ship to our valued customers at APO/FPO locations but do so only using USPS. Unfortunately, this is currently the only viable option for reaching these destinations. Please allow extra time for delivery as a result of this limitation. Also note that shipping charges can only be calculated at the time of shipment and will not be reflected on prior order confirmations. USPS does not adequately insure value for packages or offer sufficient traceability of packages especially when sent to APO/FPO addresses. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages when sent using this method.
As actual shipping charges frequently are updated by the carrier from the initial online estimates, we reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
We will gladly accept any returns on the condition that the item includes all of the original packaging, instructions, receipt and has not been laundered. Returns will not be accepted on closeout items. Please do not send any items back unless you have contacted a sales representative first.
We process orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it is available. Payment will be transacted upon receipt of your order, regardless of ship date. Customers are welcome to contact customer service to request an order cancellation and refund at any time prior to the assigned ship date. Visa, AMEX, Mastercard will be accepted.
